How to draw a line or an angle

Hi Guys,

 

i would like to know, if its possible to draw lines to make an angle. Now i use Pathroutes but i would like to use something other for it.

 

It would be really nice, to draw this red angle from this picture http://www.mittelschule-burgkirchen.de/Winkel_spitz.JPG . It would be great,

if someone could tell me, how this is possible.
