Unigine editor invocation does not save/restore previous world script engine.app.setUpdate() state. Details in this post

Ulf, yes, you are right, no question about that, the editor overwrites engine.app.setUpdate() calls.

But there's an easy workaround plus it's not quite transparent where to store this state, so for now it stays the same, sorry. That's obvious, of course, you can check if the editor is loaded and set engine.app.setUpdate(1) if not.
