[SOLVED] FPS indication in stereo mode

Does anybody know what the FPS indication in the top right corner of the screen indicates in stereo mode?

If this number is 30, does it mean:

A: 30 frames total, thus 15 left frames plus 15 right frames per second

B: 30 stereo frames, thus 30 left frames plus 30 right frames per second

If I remember correctly, when I tested stereo (over two monitors) it was your case B that seemed to be true.
