I can still do searching but open any topic is taking 1 min. the start up page also takes 1 min to open. Question : does the document actually access the network? BTW: it only happens when you first open it. after that, it's act normal.

Could you please tell us this information: Hardware specs (CPU, RAM); OS name and version (x64/x86); Internet Explorer version (if you are using Windows). Thanks!
