is it possible to add a timezone setting in user profile?

the forums time offset seems to be UTC time, but our country use a +8 timezone, everytime I read the forum, I just can't get the correct time. it's not a bug, it's just a improvement to our forum.

 

 

and, using iphone to browse the forum, now has bug, the css for iphone is lost.

Forum has bult-in support for timezones, but users can't edit their real forum profiles now-) So, there is not any public interface to edit timezones yet. I can set +8 timezone to your profile manually, but new profile interface will be published later.
