[SOLVED] Error renderer material on mesh

Good day!

All pictures show a single mesh with a single material, but is portrayed as with different material:

Hi,

 

It seems that trouble caused by different normals vectors. You can open model in MeshViewer and perform Smooth Mesh operation (for whole mesh or for some of the surfaces only). Or there might be trouble with UV Map or geometry itself. Please, check UV Map inside 3ds Max. 

 

If everythig seems to be correct, please upload this model (with textures) to some file hosting. We will check what esle can cause such behavior.

In 3ds Max initially all meshes were smoothed. Used MeshViewer and click Smooth Mesh. Nothing has changed

Sorry, can't reproduce such behavior. Material is looking correct (please, check the attached screenshot):

Could you please provide simple test scene where such issue can be reproduced?

We created new scene and there material was correct.
