angus.wood Posted September 18, 2014 Posted September 18, 2014 I'm running an evaluation of Unigine Linux. Because of the nature of where I'm running the code I cannot interact with the desktop (the server is headless and I'm capturing and streaming the X11 framebuffer). I need to be able to add my credentials to ~/.unigineaccount.xml but I don't know the format of that file. Can I get an example file and I'll put my credentials in there?
silent Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 Hi, You can simply install Evaluation Kit to another linux PC where you have access to keyboard and X11 server and enter your credentials after Unigine Editor launch. ~/.unigineaccount.xml file will be generated automatically and you can copy it to the headless server. Thanks! How to submit a good bug report --- FTP server for test scenes and user uploads: ftp://files.unigine.com user: upload password: 6xYkd6vLYWjpW6SN
angus.wood Posted September 22, 2014 Author Posted September 22, 2014 Unfortunately I don't have access to any other Linux instance so getting the format from yourselves is my only option.
silent Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Do you have access to Windows or Mac Evaluation kit? It is possible to get .unigineacount.xml from other OS. On Windows this file located at %userprofile%/.unigineaccount.xml. angus.wood Posted September 22, 2014 Author Posted September 22, 2014 Ok, thanks. I had one installed before on Windows and I've copied that over and it now works OK. Thanks. Solved.
