terrain brush is affected by HDR settings

Terrain paint brush is affected by HDR settings, under some rendering settings it can behave like this:

If I decrease HDR exposure parametr, It will became OK, but than I ve changed light settings for whole scene just because of terrain tool....

 

 

After HDR exposure decrease:
