[SOLVED] cyrillic in surface name

Hello 
I have *.max file which is containing cyrillic in surface name.
Then i exported it in a *.mesh file.
The problem is following.
when i import *.mesh file into a world surface name looks like this 

So is there a way to use cyrillic in surface name in Unigine?

What version of 3Ds Max do you use?

Hi,

I'm afraid, Autodesk added unicode support only in 3Ds Max 2013, so it would be better not to use cyrillic with 3Ds Max 2012.

Unigine supports cyrillic symbols, so there should be no problems if you use 2013 version or a later one.
