xml error

hi:

   while recently when we use Xml . it sometime show this error "invalid XML, attribute 'xxxx' must have quotes around its value in line"

   this error seems not happen before. dont' know if you have anyone seen this.

This is known issue and it is already fixed in our internal builds.
