michael.zhang Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 Hi, For some reason, I get randomly colored, pixels along edges... or sometimes just all blue pixels scaterring across the surface of everything visible. Here's an example screenshot of the random colors. The all blue one is hard to capture, since it flashes randomly, as opposed to these more persistent random color dots.
serega Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 What is your OS, video card, version of the driver? Also could you please attach log file from the heaven benchmark?
michael.zhang Posted February 25, 2011 Author Posted February 25, 2011 What is your OS, video card, version of the driver? Also could you please attach log file from the heaven benchmark? Hey, Actually, the problems goes away when I turn off the Occlusion post processing option. And it consistently returns when I turn on the occlusion settings. I must've accidentally toggled it at some point, and then noticed the artifacts in the render. You might want to look into that: OS: Windows 7 Video Card: GTX 480 Driver: 258.96
serega Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 I see running Heaven benchmark in the second screenshot. Could you please attach log file from it? I need video preferences from log file: API, antialiasing ets.
binstream Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 There were some bugs with AA on old GPUs, please use updated SDK: https://developer.unigine.com/forum/topic/363-unigine-sdk-2011-02-28/
