werner.poetzelberger Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 Hello, would it be possible to include the Alpha Channel of the Detail Material for the combination with the Base Material. In my case, a multiply of the Alpha Channels would be enough, but maybe and add method is also handy? Here I am trying to recreate a grass shader we once had written, but doesnt seem to be possible anymore now. (at least not that straight forward). Using a standard Material might do the job. So I want to use the e.g Base Material for the overall distribution and coloring (rough) and the detail for the fine coloring and the grass alpha. I am nearly there :). Best. Werner

Currently it is pretty hard to understand why do you want to use alpha channel. What result do you want to achieve in general?Thanks!
