Editor: Can’t switch to Chinese character input

We are developing something based on Unigine editor, extra widgets were added into the editor. But editable widget(like editline) seems not support Chinese character input, or IME.

 

And we are able to develop UI beyond editor which can accept IME input, but not in the editor. Is there a way by which we can type Chinese into the editor UI?

Indeed, IME input  is not working from the Qt windows. Our devs are currently investigating this. Probably, we will not fix this issue until the 2.5 SDK Update.
