Add possibilities to open multiple Asset Browser panels

Hi,

During creating big scenes it could be useful to have a few Asset Browser opened :) 

ps.

the first one could stay as primary which could be referenced by Show asset in Asset Browser option.

That was initially planned, but we delayed this feature due to higher priority tasks (like search and optimizations). Hope it will be available some day :)
