[SOLVED] Cannot open topic in forum via EI 11

when i try open topic https://developer.unigine.com/forum/topic/4997-unigine-272-cad-models-import-improved-collaboration-impostors-and-terrain-holes/?tab=comments#comment-25735in

 

in EI 11 version 11.228.17134.0 i get this annoying dialog:

 

it popped event i close it or close IE.
