Эта проблема была описана в письме от 29.04.11. support@unigine.com работает или нет? На несколько последних писем с прямыми вопросами ответа не последовало. Стоит-ли выкладывать видео с примерами ошибок на общедоступные сайты типа youtube? ----------------------------- Hi! The problem with the Volumetric Object. Near Fade does not work. There were no answers to several recent letters with direct questions. is it worth spreading a video with examples of errors on public sites like youtube?

Ссылку на запароленый архив с этим видео я дал в письме, но, учитывая отсутствие какой-либо реакции (хотя-бы простого "ок, работаем над проблемой"), я не уверен, что письмо дошло. Считаю, что размещать видео с багами на общедоступных серверах неправильно (понятно, что не ради освещения проблемы на весь мир, а ради размещения ссылки на видео в форуме). Поэтому интересуюсь вашим мнением в этом вопросе: что для вас более приемлемо - запароленый архив с файлообменника или прямая ссылка на тот-же youtube? ---------------- Ok. I think that posting videos with bugs on a public server is not correct (of course, not for demonstrating the problem for the whole world, but for posting links to videos in the forum). Therefore I am interested in your opinion in this matter: what is more acceptable for you - a password-protected archive file hosting or a direct reference to youtube?

Direct reference to youtube is OK if it doesn't contain any materials you wouldn't like to be seen in public. In cases when you need support with some confidential information, you can send protected archives.
