roman.zhu Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 Is it possible to launch project inside the editor itself? So I would be able to see AND modify values in inspector?
silent Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 Hi Roman, This is planned in the future releases (at least at should be doable with C# component system). Right now you have to run separate process. 1 How to submit a good bug report --- FTP server for test scenes and user uploads: ftp://files.unigine.com user: upload password: 6xYkd6vLYWjpW6SN
Zul.Zorender Posted June 28, 2025 Posted June 28, 2025 Hello, I am very new to UNIGINE but also interested in this topic. It feels like the serialized component parameters are useless in the editor since there is no way to get a visual/runtime feedback on tweaking them. Is there any updates on that?
silent Posted June 30, 2025 Posted June 30, 2025 You can still make adjustments, but the results will only be visible after the build is launched. Currently, the 'play in editor' functionality is not in a priority list for the development, but it’s still a valuable quality-of-life feature that we would probably implement in the future.
