Vertex shader example source code needs to be updated

The example source code includes

STRUCT(VERTEX_OUT)
	INIT_POSITION		// Output projected position
	INIT_OUT(float2,0)	// Texcoords (x and y only)
END

 

That is no longer compatible, and needs to be removed.
