Not sure what do you mean. Do you want to use entity packet and automatically enable clamping?

cigi have two entity packet type. ( entity control packet, Conformal Clamped Entity Control packet)

 

When I created an entity with the Clamp option set to conformal(using Entity packet), The entity was not clamped to the terrain.

Would you please confirm with version 2.9?

This problem is likely to be solved, if the "Geoposition EntityPacket" question is resolved.
