Unigine SDK browser doesnt Open

I just Installed UNIginge and when i double click on Uniginesdkbrowser it shows up in taskbar but it doesnt open or maximise nomatter what i do. If i rightclick it on taskbar and click on Unienigne Icon it gives me error Cant Open Browser_x64.xml config

There's a bug with pinned to taskbar icon, we'll fix it later. Please try running SDK Browser using desktop shortcut or directly browser.exe in the installation folder.
