fbx importer changes?

I am wondering, if there were more changes to the .fbx importer?

We are doing some things with vertex orders, and it seems, that meshes imported to 2.11 have some different properties.

We can come around with that, just using the imported .mesh files from the older version(s) without reimporting or assigning the .fbx.

Can you let me know if there were changes and which?

Hi Werner,

We changed two things with the importer:

  • Upgraded FBX SDK, I guess this is the reason you're looking for
  • Changed Combine by LODs feature. If you're using it I suggest checking, just in case.
