Is it possible to use the Oil refinery Landscape in another project

Hi ,I want to know is it possible to copy or use the landscape from oil refinery sample in another projects so that can use aall those textures and ready made landscape in our projects saving lots of time

OK,i only use unigine for boat simulations and movie making and only used for digital viewing not for any game project .
