Transparent shadows broken in 2.13

Hello,

"Transparent Shadow" for alpha blended materials has no effect in 2.13. Works correctly in 2.12 and earlier version. Or is there another option to be enabled?

Left: 2.12; Right: 2.13 (same settings)
