How can I have labels like what you used in the superposition with animation?

You can download Supeprosition and do Copy As Project inside the SDK Browser to study how the logic of VR tooltips was made. I believe it should be located in ObjTooltip.cpp file in source/superposition directory.

Sure, but I would recommend to download the whole demo since there might be some dependencies (materials / shaders as well).
