mask density (landscapeTerrain) and clutters

Hi team,

does masks density (in mpx) has a performance influence on clutters which are masked subsequently by these landscapeTerrain masks, (independently  of steps values/size of clutter without remainder) ? ie, is it the same masking over a coarse 50mpx masks or 2.5mpx mask, performance-wise ?

Hello!

Romain, despite the fact that using 2.5mpx masks processes more data it has miserable affect on performance and difference will be barely noticeable.

Hi can you elaborate miserable affect on performance, sorry I can't get if you mean negligible impact on performance OR negative dramatic impact on performance :)

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough. With 2.5mpx masks the performance will be slightly lower, but it will be almost impossible to notice it in real tasks, since impact will be negligible.
