No, we don't have any tutorials about tropical island texturing. You would need to find a way to create tropical island on your own.

You can start with World Machine tutorials first (or similar terrain generation software) and search for textures and other stuff on Internet.

please check the two images.  I'm asking about details material setting. where is the setting panel? check the second image
