rafal.kasza Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Hi, I have 2 rooms divided into 2 sectors and one portal between. I set one world light but there are no shadows in rooms. Is there any method to achieve WorldLight shadows inside the sector. Regards, Rafal
ulf.schroeter Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Check your room mesh material setting (cast shadows flag, mask etc) as they control shadowing. WorldSectors are just logical elements for defining portal visibility, they never cast shadows on their own. If you cannot resolve your problem then post a small test scene.
frustum Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 There is a spatial flag in node common parameters. Uncheck it for nodes which should be presented in indoor and outdoor environments.
