Water Decal projects onto geometry... but it shouldnt.

My Water Decal does also project onto geometry.

There is no material mask to prevent it in the material.

Is this a flaw? According to the docu, tha water decal shouldnt project onto the geometry.

Hi Werner,

In the basic case it seems that water decals work fine. Exclusion of geometry from water decals implemented not by material mask but by "Water Decal" state in decal material. Please make sure this state is enabled. If it's not the case, we'll need some additional info for reproduction, e.g. decal&decal material parameters, type of geometry on which the decal is projected. Or if it's possible you can simply create package with .world in which problem appears

Thank you for detailed reproduction info, indeed the bug somehow connected to emission state in water decal. I've added this issue to our internal bugtracker, and forwarded it to our r'n'd team. We'll keep you informed if there's any workaround for this problem, and we''ll fix it in next sdk update.
