Editor strong stuttering with Parameters window active

Hello,

Whenever the Parameter window is focused, whatever its content, there are very strong stutters in the editor, to the point of sometimes rendering it unfit for any fine adjustments.

If the Parameters window is unfocused, closed or empty (no node selected), then everything runs very smoothly. This situation makes it almost impossible to asses fine adjustments to adjust performance (for example for a LOD, or Clutter/Clusters tuning, etc). A temporary stutter during the adjustement itself would be fine of course, but currently it is continuous, with no user action (not understandable)

Yes, that's currently known issue. Hope it would be fixed in the upcoming 2.20 update.
