uttam.kamkar Posted April 23, 2025 Posted April 23, 2025 Hello, I am facing this error recently on multiple logins. I am using 2.5 version and UNIGINE_SDK_Browser_Windows_1.9.31.exe. While working on Editor, this error occurs withing 2 mins and every time I have to activate the Floating License. Kindly let me know how can I get rid of this error?
silent Posted April 23, 2025 Posted April 23, 2025 Hi Uttam, Please try to use the latest legacy Unigine SDK Browser 1.9.35: https://developer.unigine.com/en/downloads/sdk_browser_deprecated How to submit a good bug report --- FTP server for test scenes and user uploads: ftp://files.unigine.com user: upload password: 6xYkd6vLYWjpW6SN
uttam.kamkar Posted April 23, 2025 Author Posted April 23, 2025 (edited) Hi, Thanks for your reply. I am using the latest legacy Unigine SDK Browser 1.9.35 as you can see in the attached image error.jpg but still it is giving same error. Edited April 23, 2025 by uttam.kamkar
silent Posted April 23, 2025 Posted April 23, 2025 Check the Products tab, there should be SDK with active license. If you see "Activate" button, press it. uttam.kamkar Posted April 23, 2025 Author Posted April 23, 2025 (edited) Yes, I press the "Activate" button and it gets started, but just for 1-2 minutes, then again it prompts me to save the project and exits. Then again I have to press Activate. This interruption every 2 minutes is not fisable. Kindly provide fixed solution, but again my question is, why it started happening so frequently now? on different ID and different machines. Edited April 23, 2025 by uttam.kamkar
silent Posted April 23, 2025 Posted April 23, 2025 To better understand what’s going on, we’ll need to take a look at the SDK Browser logs. Could you please send them to me via PM? You can find the logs in the following directory: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\UNIGINE_SDK_Browser all files named browser*.log Also, please make sure you're not accidentally running multiple instances of the SDK Browser at the same time, as that could cause unexpected behavior. silent Posted April 23, 2025 Posted April 23, 2025 We were able to successfully reproduce this behavior on our side. Our web development team is currently working on a fix. The current plan is to deploy the fix to the servers by the end of this week. Thank you for your patience!
