Example textures, materials, models, and animated models would be great. If you could include a good character (vehicle would be nice too) that can be added and used it would make importing custom characters/vehicles much easier. In addition, it's also useful to interact and debug levels, and help Unigine compete with UDK.

If you licence UNIGINE you get complete access to their demos (e.g. Tropic, Heaven and also planned OilRush game)
