It would also be very helpful if you could attach the source file you’re using—this will give the team a better understanding of the issue as it’s currently difficult to determine the cause. Most likely, the problem is related to the selected file format or the data being used is intended to serve as an elevation source. Additionally, please include the editor log file which can be found in the project folder at: /unigine_project/bin/editor_log.txt. Make sure to collect this file after adding the file to your project using the Sandworm Tool. The log is likely to contain some errors which can also be viewed in the editor by navigating to Windows → Console Looking forward to your response. Thanks!
