Umang.Raj Posted May 3 Posted May 3 (edited) Setting Global Render API to Vulkan Dosen't work on Intel Iris XE: Open sdk launcher click on global options set the api to vulkan launch any project in editor or run it it gives the error which is shown in the first attached image, the crash dump is also linked in attachment. I also use houdini with vulkan viewport, which runs fine. Setting the api to auto or directx12 works too. Platform- Windows 11 Processor- 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1185G7 Graphics Processor- Intel Iris Xe Graphics G7 96EU I have the latest driver of my gpu installed. editor_crash_dump_c28e585c.dmp Edited May 3 by Umang.Raj
Solution silent Posted May 4 Solution Posted May 4 Umang.Raj That's known limitation of Intel Vulkan drivers, please check this forum thread: There is no multithreaded GPU transfer available for a while, which is required for the engine correct work.
